Sayak Sarkar
Chairperson

Sayak brings over 17 years of experience in human resources and organizational leadership with his experiences from organizations like Electrosteel, Emami Agrotech and Madhu Jayanti. As the Chairperson of the Learning Network, he is committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment within our network.

Debraj Roy
Vice Chairperson

Debraj Roy is a seasoned Human Resources leader with an impressive track record spanning 18 years in organizations like Glenmark, Dabur and Lux Industries. He has been instrumental in reshaping HR practices, aligning them with corporate goals, and fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture. He plays a key role in shaping our strategy to reach the community at large and also to take Learning Network to great heights.

Soumya Narayan Chattoraj
Secretary

Soumya possesses more than two decades of diverse experience across multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Services, Automobiles, and Logistics, with a strong focus on HRMS, Statutory Compliance, and Artificial Intelligence. In his role as Secretary, he is responsible for managing the network's documentation, facilitating meetings, and maintaining effective communication among the members of the Governing Body. His meticulous attention to detail, combined with outstanding organizational abilities, guarantees the seamless execution of tasks consistently.

Satyam Sengupta
Relationship Officer

With 14 years of experience in companies like Radiance, Ace Job Solutions, Mittal Technopark, ESKAG Pharma, and SAF Fermion Ltd, Satyam brings expertise in HR operations, recruitment, and business development. Leveraging his extensive background, he skilfully manages member engagement, enhances community interactions, and develops strategic partnerships.

Vinita Gupta
Treasurer

Starting her journey with the startup TABLT and now with Innovel Energy, Vinita has gained extensive experience over 7 years in HRBP and accounting. As our Treasurer, she ensures the financial health and sustainability of the Learning Network, overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation with expertise in Financial Management and Human Resources.

Shayenki Das Choudhury
Member at Large

Shayenki, with over 14 years of experience in organizations like OP Shah, Hicare Services, Shomuk Engineering, Arodek, and Ion Exchange, brings expertise in overall HR, with a specialty in hiring and HR management. As a Member at Large, she offers valuable insights into member engagement and network development, while also managing sponsor relationships.
